mobile and web applications for businesses and institutions. This

• User ID assigned by your organization

b) Device Information

• Device token for push notifications

c) Files and Documents

• Files, images, or documents you choose to upload through
  the app

d) App Performance Data

• Crash logs and diagnostic data to improve app stability

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use collected information to:

• Authenticate and provide access to app features
• Send push notifications related to app activity
• Enable file and document uploads
• Monitor and fix app crashes and performance issues

4. DATA SHARING

We do not sell or rent your personal data to any third party.

Your data may be shared only with:

• Your organization’s server (for core app operations)
• Firebase / Google (for push notification delivery only)

All data transmitted through our apps is encrypted using HTTPS.
Your data is stored on your organization’s own secure server.
We do not store your data on any external server.

6. DATA RETENTION

Your account and data are managed by your organization’s
administrator. To request modification or deletion of your data,
please contact your organization directly.

7. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

Our apps use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to deliver push
notifications. You can disable notifications at any time through
your device settings.

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our applications are intended for use by adults (18 years and
older) only. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under
the age of 18.

9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our apps may use the following third-party services:

• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — push notifications
• ERPNext / Frappe Framework — backend platform

These services have their own privacy policies which govern
their data practices.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes
will be reflected by updating the “Last Updated” date above.
Continued use of any app after changes constitutes acceptance
of the updated policy.
